Foster families in
According to her, the institute of foster families is developing. «The regulation was adopted in 2012, but it started working in 2014. Funds are annually budgeted for the payment of foster families' services. A total of 47 families had been trained; 24 families provided services to 43 children who found themselves in a difficult life situation during this period. At present, 17 children are brought up in 9 foster families," Janyl Dzhumabaeva said.
She noted that there was one case, when the foster family adopted a child, whom they took for temporary upbringing.
