Suspected of terrorist attack Akram Azimov taken to Moscow for interrogation

One of the suspects in the organization of the terrorist attack in the metro of St. Petersburg Akram Azimov was taken to Moscow for interrogation. Russian media reported with reference to sources in FSB.

Relatives of the Azimovs told 24.kg news agency that Akram disappeared from the clinic in Jalal-Abad, where he was operated and treated.

The regional department of GKNB of Kyrgyzstan noted that Akram Azimov was summoned for interrogation as a witness, but was released. However, he appeared neither at home, nor in the medical center.

His brother Abror Azimov partially admitted his guilt in organizing the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg. The court has to decide on the measure of restraint.

Explosion in the metro occurred on April 3. Victims of the terrorist attack were 15 people, more than 50 were injured.
