Therefore, Kyrgyzstan's position is absolutely incomprehensible. This position is a serious question to whose mill it brings grist.

The final statement of the Heads of State organizations expressed concern that the existing on ECO space unresolved conflicts, particularly the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, obstruct economic development and realization of the full potential of the region, and regional co-operation in a wider format.
The statement noted the importance of making efforts to resolve these conflicts on the basis of norms and principles of international law, in particular the territorial integrity and sovereignty of countries.
