Almost all schools of Bishkek are equipped with video surveillance systems, the press service of the Mayor’s Office reported.
According to them, 91 schools in the capital are equipped with the surveillance systems to prevent a variety of offenses among students. Video cameras are installed not only in buildings, but also in the school yards. At the moment, the system is being set in three schools.
Thus, in the near future, all the educational institutions will be equipped with it.
Work on the extracurricular activities of children is also underway. Totally in 2016/2017 academic year, there have been organized around two thousand hobby groups and sections. They cover more than 60,000 children.
