President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov attended the opening ceremony of brick and enriched coal production plants in Tash-Aryk village, Kara-Suu district, the presidential press service reported.
«Our goal is to create jobs annually and contribute to the country’s economic development. This year, we actively continue this work,» Sadyr Japarov stated.
The newly launched Osh Taza Komur brick and enriched coal plants are part of an investment project worth over $9 million, creating 250 jobs for residents of Kara-Suu district. The facilities are expected to produce 50 million bricks and 600,000 tons of coal products annually.
The President emphasized that attracting investments—whether from private funds or banking institutions—enhances business confidence in the country’s economic policies and demonstrates to potential investors that Kyrgyzstan is open to new industries and that favorable conditions have been created in the country for the implementation of large business projects.
