The head of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov announced the government’s intention to actively support innovation and entrepreneurial activity today, November 4, at the National Development Forum.
According to him, next year the focus will be on developing an ecosystem that promotes startups and small businesses, as well as supporting women’s and youth entrepreneurship through access to financing, grants, tax incentives and incubation programs.
«We will cooperate with international investors and technology companies to create an innovation hub focused on areas such as green technologies and digital finance,» he noted.
Akylbek Japarov emphasized the importance of increasing labor mobility and labor market flexibility.
«To this end, strict coordination of the housing construction program will be carried out, especially through the State Mortgage Company. We intend to implement policies that facilitate the movement of labor between regions and sectors, ensuring that skills are matched to market requirements,» he added.
In addition, the head of the Cabinet instructed the Minister of Labor to review the portal of job vacancies, to strictly monitor the jobs being created, and to increase the volume of active measures to stimulate and support the creation of jobs and the training of citizens to fill key positions in new industries.
