As part of a working visit to Munich, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, met with the Managing Director of AKA Bank, Marck Wengrzik.
They discussed the progress of implementation of the agreements reached during the previous Kyrgyz-German Business Forum, which took place in June this year in Frankfurt am Main with the assistance of AKA Bank.
Akylbek Japarov noted the active efforts of the country’s leadership on improving the well-being of citizens and introducing new mechanisms for economic development, as well as implementation of large infrastructure projects.
Marck Wengrzik, in turn, emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and AKA Bank, noting that the bank is ready to support initiatives and projects aimed at developing the state’s economy. «We are trying to ensure that Kyrgyzstan is represented here, in Germany, and on the European market as a whole,» he said.
The parties agreed on joint work to find mutually beneficial projects for subsequent implementation, as well as appropriate financing models.
