The Department of Population Registration under the Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan opened a center in Bishkek to provide services to foreign citizens.
According to the department, it is located at 121, Zhumabek Street (in the building of the Wedding Palace). Applications for all types of services for foreigners are accepted there without queues and waiting times from October 10.
The center will register foreign citizens, accept applications for citizenship, Meken Cards and residence permits.
