The press service of Kyzmat state institution announced that due to the upcoming holidays, all Public Service Centers (PSCs) in Kyrgyzstan will be closed from May 1 to May 11, 2025, inclusive.
Services will resume on May 12 according to the regular schedule: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a lunch break from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
The state institution recommends citizens to take care of necessary document processing and receipt in advance to avoid inconvenience during the non-working days.
Online queue booking is available through Tunduk portal, along with a range of e-services, including:
- Changing surname, first name, or patronymic;
- Passport replacement;
- Issuance of duplicate civil registry certificates;
- Obtaining various certificates and other documents.
