A Japanese Film Festival will be held in Bishkek from September 25 to October 6. The Embassy of Japan in the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The event will be held as part of the annual autumn campaign to get acquainted with Japanese culture Japan Month.
Eight newest Japanese films in the original language with Russian subtitles will be screened at the festival.
Admission to all screenings will be free.
As part of Japan Month, the National Museum of Fine Arts is hosting a traveling photo exhibition Tokyo Before/After from September 17 to October 10.
