A pilot project on provision of consular services to citizens of Kyrgyzstan will be launched in Krasnodar city (Russia) on August 21. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
According to it, citizens of the country will be able to get the following consular services through VF Services Center:
- Registration and obtaining of an ID card, an international passport of a citizen and a driver’s license of the Kyrgyz Republic upon expiration, damage or loss;
- Registration and obtaining of a certificate of return to the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Requesting certificates of a social and legal nature (including certificates of marriageability, absence of a criminal record in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, confirmation of the authenticity of a driver’s license, etc.).
The list of documents required to receive consular services can be found on the website of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation in «Consular Issues» section.
The service of submitting documents to the service center is chargeable.
Documents are accepted both by appointment by phone:
Moscow, Kashirskoye Highway, Building 3, Building 2, Building 9, Sirius Park Business Center; Krasnodar, Akademika Pavlova Street, 64.
Service centers are an alternative in order to facilitate the conditions for obtaining consular services abroad.
The pilot project is being implemented by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 16, 2024. It is aimed at expanding and improving access of Kyrgyzstanis to state (consular) services.
