Kyrgyzstanis are urged to refrain from traveling to 3 regions of Russia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan urged citizens of the republic to refrain from traveling to Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod Oblasts of Russia, where a state of emergency has been declared, until the current situation stabilizes.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reminded that a state of emergency at the federal level has been declared in Kursk Oblast, and at the regional level — in Bryansk and Belgorod Oblasts.
