Foreign students are asked not to wander about at night with large sums of money

Employees of the Main Criminal Investigation Department conducted an event to prevent illegal actions among foreign students. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to its data, the lecture was held for students from Pakistan and India, studying at the International Higher School of Medicine.

The students were told about the rules of staying in the country and responsibility for offenses committed on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. They were also reminded about their main mission of staying in the republic — to get good medical knowledge. They were told about offenses, the commission of which can lead to criminal liability, and urged students not to wander aimlessly at night and not to have large amounts of money with them.

In addition, the issues of compliance of foreign students with the migration legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic were considered.

Similar preventive activities will be carried out in other higher education institutions.
