«I think that the Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan Development Fund will begin its activities next year,» Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev said at a press conference.
According to him, by the end of 2023, all funds of the Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan Development Fund, which are provided for the implementation and launch of projects, will be transferred in full to the accounts of the National Bank. This will allow the fund to start working.
«In addition, a system of swap operations is provided to support small and medium-sized businesses. This means that the funds of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund will be converted into national currency by the Ministry of Finance. This will allow us to finance small and medium-sized businesses at lower rates starting next year,» Daniyar Amangeldiev said.
