Tariffs for thermal energy and hot water supply have been increased for non-domestic customers of the branch of Electric Stations OJSC of the Bishkek Heating and Power Plant and Bishkekteploset. The Department for Regulation of the Fuel and Energy Complex under the Ministry of Energy reported.
From December 1, 2023, all non-domestic customers of the branch of Electric Stations OJSC Bishkek Heating and Power Plant and Bishkekteploset will pay for the consumed volume of thermal energy and hot water at the cost level. Heat tariffs were approved in the amount of 2,918.92 soms per 1 gigacalorie (excluding taxes), which is 856.9 soms more, or 41.7 percent, compared to the previous tariff.
These changes will not affect tariffs for thermal energy and hot water supply for the population.
Changes in tariffs for heat energy and hot water supply are provided for the «Industry» and «Other Consumers» groups from December 1, 2023, and for the «Budget Consumers» customer groups from January 1, 2024.
Non-domestic consumers of other heat supply enterprises (state enterprise Kyrgyzteploenergo, municipal enterprise Bishkekteploenergo, Osh MPTS and others) will pay at the level of the cost of thermal energy.
«Non-domestic consumers will receive bills for heating and hot water at new tariffs in January 2024,» the ministry said.
