Online registration of real estate is proposed in Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Agriculture submitted the corresponding draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers for public discussion.
As the background statement says, the objective of the project is to introduce online services of government agencies in pilot mode and create a convenient tool for providing electronic services to the population.
«The main advantage for citizens will be a simplified way of interaction with the Land Resources Service under the Ministry of Agriculture and receiving services for registration of rights to real estate online,» the ministry said.
The Ministry of Agriculture stresses the need for a particularly careful approach to the implementation of the draft resolution, since the right of ownership of real estate is a special right guaranteed and protected by the state. Therefore, at the first stage, it is proposed to carry out piloting of online registration of rights only for residential property objects — apartments of individuals, for which the archives of the registration authority have more complete digitized documents and for which there is no need to carry out field work to clarify and coordinate the boundaries of land plots.
If the resolution is adopted, registration will be possible through Tunduk service. The Ministry of Agriculture believes that this will be more convenient for Kyrgyzstanis, as the queues will be reduced.
