The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek granted the investigator’s request and extended the preventive measure in the form of detention for the owner of the construction company KG Group, Imamidin Tashov. The press service of the court reported.
Imamidin Tashov will be under arrest until the end of the investigation — until January 15, 2024.
The entrepreneur was detained on October 26. According to the State Committee for National Security, the construction company of Imamidin Tashov Oztopark LLC (KG Group) illegally constructed a 12-story residential building on a land plot allocated for the construction of a kindergarten. The state suffered damages of 52 million soms, which have not yet been compensated.
