Former parliament member and former presidential envoy to Osh region, Ziyadin Zhamaldinov, has been taken into custody, sources reported.
According to them, Bishkek’s Pervomaisky District Court has ordered to place Ziyadin Zhamaldinov in the pretrial detention center No.1 until June 10.
The former official has been charged with financing an organized crime group.
Official comments from law enforcement agencies on this matter have not yet been published.
