The founder of one of the construction companies was detained. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
According to the resolution of the capital’s City Hall dated July 30, 2009 No. 417, a kindergarten for 280 children was to be built on the land plot allocated to O LLC. But the responsible officials of Bishkek Glavarchitektura state institution and Cadastre state institution entered into a criminal conspiracy with the management of O LLC in order to obtain illegal income.
These persons, in violation of the intended purpose, developed architectural and planning conditions and engineering and technical conditions for the construction of a 12-story residential building with underground parking and carried out the procedure for issuing a technical passport and processing the relevant documents.
The state suffered damage in the amount of 52 million soms, which to this day have not been compensated by O LLC.
On October 26, the owner of the company T.I.A. (Tashov Imamidin Asamidinovich. — Note of 24.kg news agency) was detained and placed in the temporary detention center of the Bishkek Central Internal Affairs Department.
Investigative and operational search activities are being carried out to identify other officials and other persons involved in these offenses.
