Serviceman suspected of killing his colleague detained in Kara-Kul

A serviceman suspected of killing his colleague was detained in Kara-Kul. The press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Jalal-Abad region reported.

It is noted that the detainee was hiding on the roof of one of the houses in the city. The soldier had a weapon with him.

The regional police department reminded that on November 20, two servicemen were on guard duty at post No. 2 near the motor depot of the cascade of Toktogul hydroelectric power station, where the incident occurred. After a conflict, the 21-year-old resident of Bishkek shot at his colleague, 20-year-old resident of Osh region, and fled the scene of the crime.

The serviceman was handed over to the Military Prosecutor’s Office, and investigation is underway.
