Construction of four nine-story houses for a mortgage began in Jalal-Abad city. The State Mortgage Company reported.
Chairman of the State Mortgage Company Almambet Shykmamatov said that these apartments would be issued on mortgage to residents of Jalal-Abad — participants of My Home 2021-2026 housing program on credit for a period of 25 years.
The total area of Asman Residence mortgage housing complex is 1.6 hectares. Four multi-storey buildings with 639 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 rooms will be built on it. Construction work is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
