The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) announced detention of blogger A. Dzhumagulova.
According to the investigators, the detainee extorted 60,000 soms from an officer of the traffic police of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chui region. She threatened him with posting a video on the Web, where his official car was seen on the territory of one of the hotels in Sokuluk village.
