Ala-Too square in Bishkek will be closed for traffic during the celebration of the Independence Day. Press service of the Patrol Police Department informed 24.kg news agency.
The central square will be closed from Chui Avenue, Panfilov Street to Erkindik Boulevard.
«In addition, temporary restrictions for the movement of vehicles will imposed in the area bounded by Orozbekov, Razzakov, Abdumomunov streets and Chui Avenue,» the department noted.
The City Hall of the capital informed 24.kg news agency that the festive concert will begin at 7 p.m. Ala-Too square will be closed from 5 p.m. till midnight.
A number of events are planned in Bishkek on Independence Day.
