Zharkynbai Toitukov becomes public representative of Kyrgyzstan in Russia

Minister of Labor of Kyrgyzstan Kudaibergen Bazarbayev appointed a new public representative in Russia. The ministry reported.

Kudaibergen Bazarbayev handed the certificate of public representative to Zharkynbai Toitukov.

Zharkynbai Toitukov lives in Novosibirsk city. He had already worked as a public representative of the Ministry of Migration and Employment in 2009-2015.

«Public representatives of the Ministry of Labor protect the rights and interests of Kyrgyzstanis abroad. Their task is to provide various assistance to labor migrants, give consultations, help them adapt in the host country. They also help compatriots who find themselves in a difficult life situation,» the minister said.

According to Kudaibergen Bazarbayev, 96 public representatives of the ministry are already working, 90 of them — in Russia, 5 — in Germany and 1 — in Ukraine.
