Chinese citizen attempts to leave Kyrgyzstan with fake passport

A citizen of China was detained at the checkpoint of Manas airport. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.

The man tried to leave the country with a fake passport.

«A criminal case has been initiated under the article «Attempt to illegally cross the state border» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. By the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of the capital, the foreigner was placed in the pretrial detention center 1 in Bishkek. The necessary examinations have been scheduled,» the SCNS reported.
