Circulation of the remains of unmarked excisable goods will be prohibited in Kyrgyzstan from July 1. The Tax Service reported.
Circulation of items such as beer, nicotine liquid for electronic cigarettes, disposable nicotine delivery systems with nicotine liquid, electronic cigarettes and similar personal electric vaporizers, products with heated tobacco is prohibited.
«A fine will be imposed in case of production, import, storage and sale of goods subject to labeling, without applying excise stamps or identification means to the goods and / or its packaging, as well as violation of the established procedure and / or rules for the use of identification means,» the state service noted.
Individuals will be fined 20,000 soms, and legal entities — 65,000 soms in accordance with the Code of Offenses.
The Tax Service recalls the need for timely labeling of products in accordance with the aforementioned Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution.
