Taigan Fest international ethno-festival will be held on June 27 on the territory of the archaeological and architectural complex Burana Tower. The Department of Tourism of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Exhibitions, a fair, national games, arkan tartysh, taigan zharysh and a concert program will be organized as part of the event. A dog show Taigan Chubatuu will also be held, and winners will be chosen based on its results.
The purpose of the event is to preserve elements of the national heritage, develop cooperation in the field of tourism, create new tourism products, services and routes.
Taigan is a unique breed of hunting dogs, it is also called the Kyrgyz Greyhound.
