The President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov instructed the leadership of the Ministry of Defense at a meeting of the Security Council to study the best world practices to ensure the country’s defense capability.
He suggested the ministry introduce the best methods and mechanisms from world practice into its work.
The head of state also drew attention to conflicts and hazing in the army.
«At the same time, the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic should maintain the moral and psychological health of its soldiers. They should not allow conflicts among military personnel and relations outside the charter. At the same time, they should enhance feelings of patriotism and civic duty by strictly following the military regulations,» he said.
