The head of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS), Kamchybek Tashiev, on behalf of President Sadyr Japarov, took personal control over the construction of a road in Nookat. He announced it on his Facebook page.
According to him, the road with a length of about 15 kilometers should be completed by September 1, 2023.
It should be noted that it is the construction of a part of Osh — Batken — Isfana highway, which passes through the territory of Nookat district.
Earlier, MP Aibek Osmonov was indignant that the Ministry of Transport had not held a tender for the construction of a road in Nookat for five years, although $110 million had already been allocated by donors.
