«I speak on behalf of all activists and mothers who are outraged by the unprofessional, criminal statement of the head of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek on the rape of children. We believe that he may have been involved in covering up this crime. Why did he become so furious to defend the criminals? We appeal to the President Sadyr Japarov and Interior Minister Ulan Niyazbekov and demand Azamat Nogoibayev’s resignation,» said Nazgul Turdubekova, head of the Child Rights Defenders’ League.
