A rally against the use of cash registers and electronic consignment notes was held in Talas near the building of the regional state administration. The video was posted on social media.
About 50 people took part in the protest.
«Entrepreneurs have one problem — cash registers. Electronic consignment notes are also introduced. Akylbek Usenbekovich will introduce 10 more types of electronic consignment notes. I read the law that was adopted in 2021. I have studied every point. There is not a single article about the rights of entrepreneurs. There are only obligations and penalties for their non-fulfillment. This is unfair,» said one of the protesters.
The participants appeal to the President Sadyr Japarov and ask to receive them and resolve the issue.
More than 500 sellers from markets and shops held a rally in the Maxim Gorky park in Bishkek on March 2. In particular, entrepreneurs from Dordoi-Dyikan, Dordoi-Motors, Aziz Bazaar, Osh Bazaar, Orto-Sai and Alamedin markets participated in the protest.
The participants opposed the mandatory introduction of cash registers, use of electronic consignment notes, and a single tax on trading activities.
