At least 1,074 million passports were issued in Kyrgyzstan in 2022. Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Aidarbek Mambetkadyrov, told at a meeting of the board of the ministry.
According to him, 128,000 one-time allowances for the birth of a child «balaga suyunchu», 187,000 personal identification numbers, 47,000 marriage certificates, 151,000 birth certificates and 32,000 death certificates have been issued.
Last year, ten buildings of interregional departments of the Department of Population Registration were renovated in Kyrgyzstan and eight Public Service Centers were built. An automated information system «Digital Archive» is also being developed.
It is planned to create an open data portal.
