«Judicial reform continues,» Chairman of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan Zamirbek Bazarbaev said at a meeting of Parliament.
He informed the deputies about the work of the court for nine months.
«We raised the salaries of judges, as their financial and technical independence is important. We’re carrying out a rotation. The reform of the judiciary continues. However, there are certain difficulties, and we will soon tell who and what hinders the reform,» he said.
Zamirbek Bazarbaev noted that the judicial reform concerns not only judges, but also all law enforcement agencies.
«We do not act as lawyers for judges. Violations are immediately sent to the disciplinary commission,» he said.
