Officers of the State Service on Drug Control found a cache with 62 kilograms of marijuana in Ananyevo village. The 58-year-old suspect buried a canister with the drug in his garden. It was intended for transportation to Bishkek. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
«During a search in the house of 58-year-old E.K., a bag with a dark green vegetable substance with specific smell of hemp was found. In the garden, with the help of search dogs, a plastic canister with the same substance was found underground. An examination showed that it was marijuana, the net weight of which was 62,415 grams,» the statement says.
The suspect was detained and placed in the temporary detention center in Bishkek. Investigators establish persons involved in the crime, including in the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
