Smuggled rice from Uzbekistan was detained in Batken region of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Customs Service reported.
Customs officers checked the truck Mercedes-Benz 1317. During the inspection, a product was found in the vehicle — «Laser» rice produced in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The driver did not have any documents confirming customs clearance of the goods. The total weight of the detained cargo was 5,800 kilograms.
