19-year-old adolescents detained in Bishkek for drug trafficking

A 19-year-old boy and a girl were detained in Bishkek while making drug stashes. Press service of the Oktyabrsky Department of Internal Affairs of the capital reported.

«The police received a message from residents of Arstanbap housing estate about a suspicious couple. Investigative team was sent to the scene. During a personal search, 20 bundles with a green substance were found and seized from the detainees. Examination showed that these were drugs — mephedrone and alpha PVP with a total weight of 19.315 grams,» the department informed.

The detainees will spend the next two months in custody by the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court. The investigation is ongoing.
