Employees of the Bishkek branch of Cadastre state institution illegally allocated several land plots on the territory of residential areas of the capital. Press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported.
«The heads of the state institution, pursuing selfish goals, contrary to the interests of the state, illegally registered and issued title and permit documents for land plots intended for the construction of social and cultural facilities. A criminal case was initiated under article 337 (abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic,» the statement says.
The head of the Land Cadastre Department was detained and placed in the remand center of the SCNS on November 3. Investigation is ongoing.
