It is planned to hold a Kyrgyz-Uzbek Business Forum in Bishkek. Foreign Affairs Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev told reporters after a meeting with his Uzbek counterpart Vladimir Norov.
According to him, the event will be held with the wide involvement of the heads of regions of the two countries on the eve of the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Kyrgyzstan. The forum is organized to establish direct contacts between business and the business circles of the two states.
«We reaffirmed our mutual commitment to the further expansion of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek multifaceted cooperation. A vivid confirmation of this is today’s signing of strategic documents that will be of historical importance in relations between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan,» Jeenbek Kulubaev said.
