Deputies ask to allocate land to the State Mortgage Company for the construction of houses. Deputy Zhanar Akayev announced it at an offsite meeting of Alliance parliamentary faction.
He noted that tens of thousands of citizens are on the waiting list for apartments.
«It would be good, if the state allocated land in Bishkek, Chui region for the construction of houses. Akylbek Japarov also says that land will be allocated for those, who want to build schools, kindergartens. Can this method be used when building houses? Zhanar Akaev asked.
Aida Tologonova, Chairwoman of State Mortgage Company JSC, noted that such a program had already been developed.
«We traveled around the regions, held talks with local authorities. As a result, we chose about 300 hectares of land. The heads of local administrations agreed to give out plots. After that, the Ministry of Agriculture and I made changes to the Land Code so that the land would be transferred to the State Mortgage Company for unlimited use,» Aida Tologonova said.
According to her, construction of houses on the allocated land plots will be financed from the authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company in the amount of 200 million soms and at the expense of investors.
