MPs elected a new Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Migration.
Deputy from Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan faction Ulan Primov became the new head of the committee. He was the only candidate for this position.
At least 70 deputies voted for him, 1 — against.
Previously, this position was held by Chingiz Aidarbekov. He did not sign the protocol adopted at the meeting, which considered the issue of supporting the draft agreement on the delimitation of certain sections of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border. Aidarbekov was removed from his post on Thursday.
