MP Adakhan Madumarov said at a parliamentary meeting that a military delegation from the United States had arrived in Kyrgyzstan.
According to him, the delegates went to Batken region.
«They are met by the deputy ministers (of defense. — Note of 24.kg news agency). Some big event is held. Given the situation with neighboring countries, this is an unimaginable misdeed. We are members of the CSTO. Meeting of the organization will take place in St. Petersburg in the near future. We do not have an agreement on military cooperation with the United States, there is no draft, and this issue has not been considered in Parliament either. How did the military delegation arrive there, who called them, with whom do they cooperate? Whoever it is, let them answer before the end of the meeting,» Adakhan Madumarov said.
Almasbek Abytov, representative of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Parliament, promised to clarify this issue.
