A group of persons engaged in pseudo-business was detained in Jalal-Abad. Press center of the State Committee for National Security reported.
A criminal case was initiated under article 220 part 2 (pseudo-entrepreneurship) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
«Pseudo-firms were issued invoices without delivery of goods and services. Heads of fictitious companies were detained. Tax audits of counterparties of these firms have been scheduled, during which additional taxes will be charged. Investigative actions are ongoing,» the state committee said.
