The United States is ready to continue negotiations with Kyrgyzstan on a new agreement. The Acting Assistant Secretary for Global Public Affairs Elizabeth Kennedy Trudeau said this in an interview with reporters.
«We are ready. The US sees Kyrgyzstan as a strong partner. We are ready to continue negotiations. Each sovereign country can choose its partner. Kyrgyzstan can also choose it. The United States is ready to be that partner,» said Elizabeth Kennedy Trudeau.
The Acting Assistant Secretary for Global Public Affairs visited Nepal, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan from September 28 to October 9.
