Foreigners still need to undergo PCR testing to enter Russia. Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported, citing the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation.

In accordance with the resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation dated March 18, 2020, foreign citizens, including citizens of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, with the exception of citizens of Belarus arriving in Russia by air, are required to provide negative PCR test result, the ministry said.

At the same time, according to the aforementioned regulatory legal act, citizens of Kyrgyzstan entering Russia through land checkpoints may not present a negative PCR test result for COVID-19.
