Officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan detained a 48-year-old citizen of Australia who was internationally wanted for serious crimes. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
«The native of Uzbekistan, Australian citizen, was put on the wanted list in 2005 by one of the regional departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the articles «Production, storage, distribution or demonstration of materials containing a threat to public safety and public order», «Murder» and «Sabotage» of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan,» the statement says.
