The Embassy of China in Kyrgyzstan plans to provide material support to the Olympic athletes of the Kyrgyz Republic in the amount of 100,000 yuan (1,180 million soms. — Note of 24.kg news agency). Press service of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy reported.
The proposal was voiced by the Chinese Ambassador Du Dewen at a meeting with the head of the ministry Azamat Zhamankulov.
The parties also noted that Kyrgyzstan and China, being friendly neighbors and partners, continue to develop and deepen cooperation in the cultural sphere. The Embassy helps the country’s children’s music schools by purchasing musical instruments for them.
