Fraudsters who deceived citizens when selling livestock were detained in Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the region reported.
«A resident of Balykchy applied to the city police department on August 20. He said that on July 2, some man Tilek together with his friends, having gained confidence, took a horse from him, promising to sell it through an exchange and then disappeared without a trace. The victim suffered material damage in the amount of 80,000 soms,» the statement says.
