At least 93 entrepreneurs from Batken region received loans for 66 million soms for a month and a half. The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The loans are provided under Preferential financing of Batken region project. This is done to ensure further development of the region, to provide state support to business entities and individuals by providing affordable and preferential loans.
Within the framework of the project, the money of commercial banks will be allocated in the form of loans to individuals, small and medium-sized businesses operating in border settlements of Batken region during 2022. They are given for the development of agriculture, production and processing of agricultural products, industry, tourism, transport, as well as in other areas. The loans are provided by three banks — Aiyl Bank OJSC, RSK Bank OJSC and Keremet Bank OJSC.
