Vice Mayors of Batken Akylbek Orozov and Mansurbek Mamatisaev met with a delegation from Russia and the Head of the Department of International Relations of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University Radik Yulbaev.
They were shown a site allocated for the construction of a school complex with Russian as a language of instruction. At least 2.6 hectares of land have been allocated for its construction. Representatives of the Russian Federation asked the City Hall of Batken to provide electricity, Internet connection and clean water for the period of construction of the facility.
The new school is designed for 1,224 students. There will be two sports halls, two swimming pools; it is planned to build a hostel for teachers.
Students who graduate from this educational institution will receive a Russian certificate of secondary education, and they will have the opportunity to enter higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
Teachers from Russia will work at the new school.
