The head of state drew attention to the need to create dialogue platforms with representatives of civil society in order to analyze, identify and solve problems that cause public dissatisfaction with the judicial system.

The President also stressed that the requirement of the time is the clarification and provision of reliable information through the media about the decisions of judges in court cases that have caused a strong public outcry.
«There is no reason for judges to refuse to speak to the media, if they are clean and their decisions are legal and fair,» Sadyr Japarov said.
